Employee Assistance Plan (EAP)^
This benefit, contracted with the independent provider Mines and Associates, provides a free confidential service to any staff member, Crew Leader or Corpsmember whose personal issues are affecting their work performance, family, or other aspects of their lives. A personal issue may be any situation or condition that interferes with your quality of life or your level of coping. Issues may include chemical dependency, emotional difficulties, family, marital, parent-child or other stressful conditions. The EAP also offers a huge array of other free services to any of our leaders or members. The EAP can be contacted directly at 800-873-7138 or through the website: www.minesandassociates.com/emps_members.htm. Someone will be available to answer your call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Confidentiality is one of the most important aspects of the EAP program. If you contact EAP directly, no one in at SCC will know about it – unless you tell them.
